Is that their highfalutinWR sitting over there pouting? Give him a towel over his head and he'd be Cam Newton.
Push the damned button already!

Very nice road win. The offense should get better as the season goes on.

Nice way to start the season. Road win against a tough NFC opponent.
Still some stuff to clean up, but a good win regardless.

I live on the same island as you and I watched the game on one of the Sunday Ticket channels... check with your cable provider.Bahamian:bucfan wrote: ↑Sun Sep 10, 2023 2:19 pmHey Brady is no longer the qb so I definitely want to watch!

It's good that we shot down the fans.
Re: Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Minnesota Vikings Official Game Day Thread: Season Opener Edition
There are many ways to be an average QB. I will absolutely take anemic, but mistake free QB play, with throwing body on the line to get a first down in a do or die situation. And Baker wasn't playing ultra conservative just to pad efficiency stats the way Teddy Bridgewater has done his whole career. Baker's play wasn't impressive, but very respectable and I will take that in a season where we are supposed to be a 4-6 win team.
Re: Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Minnesota Vikings Official Game Day Thread: Season Opener Edition
Saw lots of guts. As in if we're down with 2 min left, it may not end well, but Baker is going out on his shield. Not hard to see how he wins teammates over wherever he goes.

Baker Mayfield is an incredible leader and guys love playing for him. The trick is getting his performance to measure up to his leadership.

I think he'd be a good coach in this league. For sure at the collegiate level.

Having Evans and Godwin should help. That last throw was off, but Godwin made the play.
Mike left a couple out there that would have really helped.

Between fsu and Tampa, I think my teams were 0% total on 50/50 balls
