Belichick gave UNC a 400 page manifesto about everything he needs to take the job. It includes staffing choices, payment plans, and organizational structure.
Who has time to read the entire 400 pages?
If I was getting hundreds of thousands to be an AD at UNC, I’d probably carve out 12 hours and knock it out.
Hell, as a football junkie sicko, I’d do it tomorrow for free.
Update: According to a report from The Athletic published on Monday, Beck sustained an injury to his ulnar collateral ligament (UCL), a crucial ligament in the elbow that connects the upper arm bones to the forearm.
For now, the vague, uncertain timetable for a potential return adds to the doubt surrounding a Georgia team that’s one of the favorites to win the playoff.

Carson Beck is a pretty good football player, and pretending he's not is a disservice to his game.
Is he a top five pick to me? No, but someone may make him one anyway.
I agree he is good, and I'll give you better than "pretty good." He's certainly better than 95% of the field. But he's not what some make him out to be, and he's shown the ability to disappear at the worst possible times. To me, he's not a carry the team type of guy. He's a put great guys around him and watch him excel type of guy, which is fine for what it is.... when he's on a team with more talent than most opponents he plays.

My picks earlier in this thread assumed he would play. If he doesn't play I still think they make the finals but they would lose.

Hell, Ohio State is 1-5 vs. the "lowly" ACC in bowl games. In short, Ohio State has a history of wilting. We know this.
Funny. Urban Meyer was 5-0 in bowl games against teams not named Clemson including a CFP semifinal win over Nick Saban and a national title win over Oregon. Take him away and OSU has lost 8 of their last 12 bowl games.

Good, because I’ll be at the game and I want to watch a good game.
