I always enjoyed the Bill Belichick "Upper Body" injury, time table "unknown" stuff. Fantasy football people hated him.
NFL and NFLPA did also. He's the reason they did away with the "probable" and "doubtful" designations and why teams have to be a bit more transparent with their injury reportings.

This isnt even consistent with what Greg said a month ago. He's lying here and I hate saying that.

I knew I wasn’t crazy! Greg is bullshitting for some reason.

Our first game back after the bye is 11/9. That’s about a month out from the injury on 10/12. So, he’ll miss the next two games. Makes sense.

A Twitter account that supposedly quoted Ian Rapoport. But all Rapoport said was he'd miss time. So I mightve gotten got. We'll see today, I think he's having the MRI this morning.

I don't have a problem with it... though, it can be frustrating as a fan. But I understand the reasoning behind it.
I understand it, but it means that fans need to realize Bowles is always lying about injuries.
Agreed 100% I actually always expect to be lied to from every coach and GM.

Tykee Smith and Jacob Parrish in back to back drafts has made our defense look like they have fangs and can bite. Dean playing for a new contract as well.

Yes, they are allowing points, but this feeling of we can beat anyone is because of Baker magic and our secondary showing some skill.

No worries, dude. Too much shit on the wire to get a clear picture of anything. Everyone and their cousin wants to 'scoop' the story.

Generally I expect the truth to be fudged. Bowles seems to outright lie imo.

Externally, I don't care. I would be very upset if players are not being given accurate information. These guys need to have accurate information to make the best decisions for themselves and their families.

Hamstring injuries aren't typically a one week thing. It's reasonable to think he'll be out through the bye week.

Yep. And I'm pretty sure Bowles doesn't give 2 shits how it may affect your fantasy football teams.

Are we feeling better about SVD?

Steadily improving in coverage. Had some good reps against SF’s TE, albeit not Kittle, and I thought he held up well against CMC.

7-8 122 yards 118.7 passer rating throwing at him and 2 missed tackles vs San Francisco.

Where are these improvements you speak of?

In a sense of he's now just a disaster instead of a complete disaster, sure.

It's not any substantial improvement. He's still a liability on the field. And in his latest game, he allowed more completions, yards and yards per catch than he has to this point of the season.

Bowels seems to think he'll catch up. Said in his latest presser the games starting to slow down and hes prepping better...we'll see

S Dennis was hardly used his rookie season, left out of preparation his 2nd season due to injury and then handed the keys in his 3rd year.

Not ideal.

Bowles always seems to think they'll catch up. Devin White. KJ Britt. JTS. Chris Braswell. We see this moving annually.

DE and WR would both be trade targets right now I assume.

Jaelan Phillips and Henderickson would be my edge targets

Tyler Lockett could be a good cheap trade for a vet WR

Quincy Williams another vet who could be available at LB

No need to trade, we can sign him in a few hours. If Seattle or Canales don't get there first.
