I think waiting for the draft is entirely too slow to react.

At least this season Jason should currently be calling up other teams, we should be looking at other teams practice squad players, we should be looking at people on the street.

Anything to resolve this issue and if by the end of the season it still unresolved then you can start thinking about the draft.

"I'll tolerate you until I can replace you." Should be the mantra of every team thats serious about winning a superbowl.

However I think when people talk about his "loyalty" to his players and coaches, they are wrong.

He isn't loyal, he's risk adverse. Thats why he punts it back to Mahomes with plenty of time left.
Thats why he plays soft zone coverage when trying to protect a lead with 8 minutes left in the 4th quarter.
Its why he refuses to get rid of bad coaches who havent produced a good pass rush in ages with just rushing 4.
Its why he wont replace try to replace players who are grossly underperforming.

He simply is scared any move he makes will end up being worse and its not worth taking a chance.

LVD and Dennis are not playing great together for what ever reasons and Dennis is the easiest to exploit.
