I remember folks in here knocking all the other Buc websites in demeaning fashion. I never got that as I feel choices are a good thing and growing Buc fandom also is a good thing. As far as individual Buc fans go I have vastly improved by not getting to involved with anyone with nutjob perspective. I guess forgiveness isnt there for Mountaineer, I think this place should be the land of 2nd chance. It's much better than stagnate non growth. Every disciplined member should get e-mails saying you ready to act better, we will put you on probation if so.

Last I counted he has been warned repeatedly then banned on 3 separate occasion. Why would allowing him back this time end any differently? Already he is causing problems by bi-posting. If he was sincere then perhaps he should have contacted the Mod team and requested 1 last chance (perhaps he did but was not sincere?). Or barring that at least posting here and let us all know he was ready to be a positive contributing member of this board. <Shrug>

It has been relatively drama free here once outsider, delt, and nybf fan left. After they tried to hack into this board and bring it down. Before they got rightfully perma banned, they thought they should have ownership of THIS board too and made no secret of how they thought THEY were little entitled kings and we should all bow to them here. They dogged and dragged Mooze and Rocker until neither of them could take it anymore and BOTH said no more and resigned their positions.

They also harassed over and over, the entire Mod team repeatedly trying to beat them down and ruin this board. And then you came back here almost a year after asking for a perma ban (!), starting up drama again and demand that the domain name be turned over to YOU and Outsider and NYBF because of some misguided belief the domain is yours because you all were mods of Buczone.com years ago?

Why on God’s green earth would whomever owns that domain name want to enable and reinforce such horrible behavior (and possibly illegal behavior from Outsider- who crashed this board for hours -by his own admission) by handing over the domain name of buczone.com over to them??

You can scroll around and search his posting names Draftguy, whistlepig, Chucklz, MB, the one yesterday, and several others that I cannot remember (maybe some other posters do) to see some of his bad behavior. Each of those he got himself thrown off the board for bad behavior (sorry I don’t remember what exactly). Maybe @Snake can fill you in Iirc he went after him inappropriately too. I'm not disagreeing with any of the above, but "bi-posting" is logging in and posting under multiple accounts/usernames. He wasn't doing that (from what I know).

At some point does breaking most of the rules and repeated inappropriate behavior not outweigh the length of time on the board?

There’s a reason I was adamant about as few rules as possible, and advocating for so much freedom of expression.

The current mod team, for whatever reason; is unable to allow for such freedoms, or perhaps is incapable of determining when/how to step in when things get egregiously overboard.

I'm glad you understand my thought process. I implored to let people have as much rope as they wanted and hang themselves with it. Picking apart every single infraction and debating each punishment for every person who went buck wild (which was like 5 or 6 people) would have seen you lead the walk out the door.

I pissed off a ton of people trying to get a pulse on this place and finding where people wanted to keep existing precedent and find where they wanted new ones.
