White Sox lose 6-2 to Padres, tie AL record with 119th loss. They're one defeat away from tying the 1962 Mets alll time mark of 120. Who else will watch the White Sox set the record for most losses in a season?

So, Oakland A's have played their last game in Oakland. They were the last major professional sports team remaining in Oakland. Seems crazy that all 3 major sports teams are leaving/have left that city.

In Cleveland we are down to two professional teams -- the Cavs and the Guardians!

I love watching these guys. They are fun

We really only have 1 household name (Ramirez) and two other close (Naylor and Clase) … and they grind like they are high schoolers giving 110% every pitch

Maybe they can do something the 90s Indians and their loaded rosters couldnt :)

Fun postseason. I'm friends with a couple degenerate baseball fans, and they keep me interested. More so than I have football friends. Seems as if Baseball diehards do it better than football diehards.

I have not hated two franchises more. I guess I’ll root for LA because they have Ohtani.

LA won the series

Just a reminder, Ohtani contributed absolutely nothing in the Series. Freddie Freeman won them a series

Paul Skenes a finalist for Cy Young. Huge honor for him to be named a finalist. He won’t win. But it sure would be cool. Sale is pretty much a lock.

That is absolutely crazy.

as a fan of a small market team, CLE, I think stuff like this might actually help them. Obviously they are never able to compete for guys like Ohtani and Soto, but maybe if the big boys pay them such ridiculous amounts, it will actually lower the price of the B+ type player as the bigs club won't be able to go after them as much

The 15 year thing is crazy. Clearly this guy won't be producing in 15 years time...so basically it is probably more like 8 years 765M
