Bears like the Niners need to pull the bandage off. Fields was drafted for a reason.

After the Packers Saints game, I wouldn’t be worried about the Packers.

Remember when people were saying both last year after the Saints beat the Bucs 38-3 in Week 1?Deja Entendu wrote: ↑Sun Sep 12, 2021 8:57 pmAfter the Packers Saints game, I wouldn’t be worried about the Packers.

Boring? The Bears, with Dalton, were in Rams territory on every drive in the first half. On that INT, I think the defender jumped about 5 feet in the air to deflect that ball. Dalton had his TE lined up for that score. On the fumble, the LT literally never paid attention to the LB rushing. There was nothing boring about that first half.LUGZ wrote: ↑Sun Sep 12, 2021 9:22 pmYeah this shit is boring with Dalton. I'm probably going to watch something after halftime if Fields isn't on the field.King Bootz wrote: ↑Sun Sep 12, 2021 8:52 pm Bears like the Niners need to pull the bandage off. The Rams didn't hold the Bears to one 3 and out all game and the Rams never stopped the Bears from getting across midfield.

Our competition for a repeat is going to come directly from the NFC West.
I think you could make a realistic case that all four teams in that division are better than anyone in the NFC East or NFC North.

The Cowboys are going to be tough. Their defense isn’t great but they are going to put up points. I’d honestly say they are on par or better than the 49ers which may actually be the 4th best team in that conference.

I'm certainly more impressed with the Cowboys after Thursday than I was before. I hope we were taking some notes on Kellen Moore's offense. He was showing that when you have three elite receivers, you throw the ball to them, and not, say, target your stone-hands running back a dozen times.
Anyway, yeah. If that defense can show at all, they'll be a tough out.
