When people say, "Franchise Quarterback," we don't always know what they mean. Then it gets used way too much.
Joe Burrow is a TRUE Franchise Quarterback because he elevates his team. It's really that simple. The Bengals aren't that good. Zac Taylor is not that good. Their defense is suspect and their OL is flat-out bad. But Burrow is a one-man Superbowl Window. Hurts works perfectly in concert with a great coaching staff, scheme, and talent base. Herbert puts up great numbers but has yet to translate them to great wins.
