Happy Game Day Bucs fans! The Bucs season continues for yet another week in the Divisional playoff round as they travel to Detroit to take on the NFC North Champions Detroit Lions.
This matchup today will determine which team will travel to Santa Clara next Sunday for the NFC Championship game against the San Francisco 49ers. Both of these teams won their wildcard matchups last week, although in opposing fashions. The Lions beat the LA Rams by 1 point while the Bucs dominated the Philadelphia Eagles 32-9.
Like last week, this is a repeat matchup from the regular season that the Bucs hope to rectify. The Lions beat the Bucs 20-6 in Tampa in what was the Bucs throwback game wearing their Creamsicle uniforms.
The Bucs again come into this game completely healthy
as do the Lions.
Weather won't be a factor despite what 1 reporter might think as the Lions play inside of Ford Field, a completely domed stadium.
Let's hope for a great game, no injuries, a big win and a trip to the NFC Championship game next Sunday.
