Thad has been a NFL position coach for three years, but importantly also spent eight years in the NFL as a professional quarterback on eight different teams with eight different offenses. Speaking as a dude who spent time in a few different spots myself, that gives you a well-rounded football education if you keep your eyes and ears open.

Lewis' experience doesn't worry me. Just like Canales before him, I wonder if he has chops as a playcaller, and unfortunately there ain't no way to know until you see it.
