This is a Greg Roman led offense now. All about the running game. Herbert is about to be turned into Colin Kaepernick.
No. I’m very close to the chargers being in San Diego. Very familiar with the team.

Keenan was old and damaged. Great. But, old and hurt decently often.

Mike Williams was whatever.

Ekeler, a nobody.

Chargers have 5. Take Nabers. Nabers, according to PFF, scouts, and my own eye is elite tier. Nabers + Quentin Johnston should be as good as Keenan + Williams, if not better. If you could replace your WR1 with a young Antonio Brown, would you?

Gus Edwards is better than Ekeler. Chargers could draft a RB too, but tbd. PFF has Gus Edwards as top 30, Ekeler as top 50. It’s an upgrade.

Chargers should draft a TE.

This offense can get very good, very fast via draft. They kept their pass rushers. Chargers can get good very quick. The missing piece has always been head coach. And now they have Harbaugh. I’m so excited for this team.

Chiefs on the downswing too. That division should be fun.
Tonight is filled with irony.

Its ironic you call Keenan Allen old and fragile and praise the Chargers for keeping their pass rushers when Mack is older than Allen and Bosa has played in a grand total of 14 games over the past 2 seasons combined.

Allen put up a statline of 108/1243/7 in just 13 games played and you're calling him being shipped off a nothing burger?

And you may have followed the San Diego Chargers but you clearly haven't followed Greg Roman. His system is not designed to feature WRs pass catching abilities. They want guys who can block. QBs under him do not feature their passing ability as much as their running abilities. I doubt they take a WR at 5.

Chargers kept Bosa and Mack over Allen and Williams because the pass rushers were willing to take paycuts and renegotiate and the receivers were not.

SDBucs is always looking for someone to take down KC. He's on Lugz level with hating them. Remember that Hill made Mahomes and the league was going to see the fraud...or Wilson and the Broncos would dethrone them.

Houston is killing it this offseason. This trade is good for both teams though.

I don’t really understand these types of trades. It’s not for first overall, and it’s not draft day…so who coul MN possible “know” is going to be there?

Probably loading up favorable picks to move up in the draft. They now have 11 & 23.

Yup. They're acquiring ammo to move up for a QB.

#11, #23 Next years 1st and 2nd round picks might move them all the way up into the top 5. Maybe higher.

That was my first thought but I had also seen mocks which had them picking McCarthy at 11.

I think he has trended higher than that now. They don't think he'll get there. Never seen 4 QBs go 1-4, but we might this year.

If that happens, it will be fun to watch which ones of the 4 bust. You know the odds are that at least 1 will. Probably more than 1.

Doubt they feel good about waiting until 11, which is why they made this trade. The risk is too great. They must do something.

You are hardly alone, I respect the hell out of Mahomes and the Chiefs for what they've done. But at this point I actively root against them.

I rooted against Brady's Patriots when their success got boring too.

Here’s an thought. Justin Jefferson for the 4th overall pick? Can swap a couple other picks to even out how it may.

Minnesota has Addison and Hock (coming off injury), can likely draft another WR early and get the QB that falls.

Do you know the one who will not bust?

Your certainty with how the QB's/draft will play out is making it pretty enticing to put a wager on the other side, not gonna lie.

Outside of Daniels, I much prefer the second tier of QBs. Take a top WR early.
