I am pleased that we are going with a known commodity instead of an unknown, especially if this guy was the one drawing up our excellent third down offense.

My only concern is that he's a pass game guy, and Grizzard will either lean away from or elsewise ignore our rushing attack, which in my opinion would be a huge mistake. Building on our running game and finding ways to make it more dynamic is going to be a key driver for team success moving forward into next season.

I believe we are retaining both the OL coach and assistant OL coach from last year, as well as our RB coach. So there should be continuity there since only Liam left.

I like the hire. Keeps the system and terminology mostly intact for the players to build of the tremendous success of last years offensive production and efficiency

It's really a shame. We can't even get out of the gate without some major injury issue to deal with. Still, glad they were able to find the additional injury and repair it now. Hopefully, Wirfs can come back strong as ever once healed.

Looking at it glass half full, at least this wasn’t just before week 1 or middle of the year landing him on IR. Might take him a few weeks to get back into game shape, but by Halloween~deep playoff run he should be his Elite self.
